SHIPPING POLICY Orders are now shipped within three business days after receiving the payment. Orders received after 18:00 may not be processed until the next business day. We close for bank holidays, and orders will be promptly shipped when we reopen. Shipping prices depend on the weight of the items you have ordered and are displayed on the buy pages in drop down menu format.
CANCELLATION FEE There are no cancellation fees.
RETURN POLICY
Undamaged merchandise: Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 14 days of the invoice date. Shipping costs for returns must be covered by the customer.
Damaged merchandise: For any order damaged in transit, please contact us via e-mail or phone. In many cases, we can dispatch replacement items, along with a return envelope for the damaged merchandise.
BACKORDER POLICY
Our system is constantly updated and we strive to maintain an accurate listing of products for sale. However sometimes, we do run out of specific products. Any items that are found temporarily out of stock will be placed on backorder and shipped to you as soon as we receive shipment from our vendors. The wait period is one to four weeks, the average being two weeks. You have the option of canceling any backordered items without incurring a cancellation fee at any time. All backordered products will be shipped in the order they were received.
